Net Zero Emissions is achieved when the annual Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions of a portfolio is balanced with equivalent emissions removed or offset.

Water
Net Zero Water is achieved when a portfolio’s annual water consumption is balanced with an equivalent amount of water replenished on-site or through alternative sources.
